Ever wish you could throw open the shutters and let the light come shining in?

Or say to yourself, "Out with the old and in with new?"

Something old, something new, something borrowed

Something blue?

Just like our shutters at the shop!

Ever wonder what DOES go on behind closed doors?

My love for old and weather-worn shutters has always been there…

How could it not be? Just look at these glorious colors!

But my love for light will always win out!

It's something I crave….

Something I need...

There is nothing more beautiful than light streaming in through beautifully set window panes!

It seems to make everything prettier and more calm...

And showcasing your beautiful windows with well worn shutters is even better!

Your windows can be bare….letting in lots of light!

Or clothed in luxurious fabrics…

Or encased in wonderful moldings and casements…

I'm totally in love with the windows in this room! Not to mention the mantel or the furniture!

And a kitchen with beautiful open windows is a MUST for me!

I feel like my beach house is crying out for windows like these! But maybe I'm just "hearing" things!

I've always said, "If you're going to dream, dream BIG!"

And I say that pertains to your windows as well!

Big glorious windows!

With fabulously big window panes!

And big, glorious views!

Noon….

And especially at night!

I know for a fact that my love of windows happened along time ago when God said….

"LET THERE BE LIGHT!!"
